Returns,Refunds & Exchanges

At RICAA Jewelscape, every jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Refunds are not available after successful delivery. We do not offer product exchanges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
