Dispatch & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery within India takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. You'll receive tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact number. RICAA Jewelscape is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
Charges
We offer FREE Shipping on orders above ₹1499 across India. Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.
